She is a differently-abled woman who has spent the last 20 years helping disabled people and Dalit communities. As a Treasurer, she has played an important role in managing finances and making plans to support and empower these groups.
She has also started many women’s support groups, giving them a safe space to connect and get help. On top of that, she has led projects under Gramin Bikas (rural development) to improve the lives of people in rural areas.
Her work focuses on speaking up for marginalized communities, creating opportunities for them, and helping women get the support and resources they need to grow
