My name is Sanjog Kumar Ram. Sakhuwa Prasauni Ga.pa .-5 Tol Mahwan. I have passed Harikhetan Multipurpose Campus+2 and done BED in Thakur Ram Multipurpose Campus. I am a member of Peace4Dalits Foundation Nepal and a member of the Recruitment Committee.  I have been working in the social sector for 5 years. Looking at social work, I think it is better to work in the targeted, Dalit, marginalized, cultural sector. To change this, social transformation, intellectual development, skill training, local government, state government to save the disappearing culture.  I think that changes can be made through training, seminars and gatherings by coordinating with the ministry and donors. 

As a proactive member, he focuses on accessing resources and participating in decision-making processes to create positive change within the community. His efforts are geared towards empowering individuals and fostering collaboration, ensuring that the needs and voices of community members are heard and addressed effectively.
